This was caused by a network glitch which has now been resolved. We have synchronized the search layer with the underlying data store and no data was lost as a result of this incident. 22-12-2016 11:12: [Update] The issue has been rectified, however users created while this issue was ongoing may still be missing in search results. We are currently in the process of updating the search results with the missing users. There is no known data loss as a result of this incident.
