28-12-2016 14:41: [Monitoring] We identified the cause of this issue which has now been resolved. We are continuing to monitor the situation to ensure that service is fully restored. Users who updated their profiles during the outage are now being processed by the system and will be placed in groups as determined by your user rules.
28-12-2016 13:03: [Update] We are continuing to work on identifying the cause of this issue which has now been escalated for further investigation.
28-12-2016 12:54: [Initial report] We are investigating reports that for some customers that use user rules to automatically add users to groups those rues are not being applied as expected when user's update their profile data. As a work around administrators can add the users to groups manually.
