01-02-2017 11:52: [Resolved] We are now tracking this as a known issue. This feature has been temporarily removed from the learne portals of all customers while we investigate a solution to a signficiant performance issue caused by this feature. Please refer to the known issues section of our support site for future updates.
17-01-2017 15:59: [Monitoring] We have applied an update for all customers who have reported this issue. While a full investigation is conducted the content item attachment feature will not be available to those customers. All customers who are affected by this have been notified directly.
17-01-2017 15:17: [Update] The problems related to display and management of thumbnails has been resolved. The problem reported regarding updating and adding courses was related to the problem managing thumbnails and is also resovled. We are continuing to investigate the reported problem of some users being unable to access the catalogue page in our new learner portal. We have identified the scope of this issue to users who have in excess of approximately 100 items in their catalogue, and this is only a problem on some computers. We are still gathering information to enable us to solve this problem, so if you are experiencing this problem we request that you contact the Agylia support team. This will enable us to collect more information which will help us to find a permanent solution to this problem.
17-01-2017 14:05: [Update] We are continuing to investigate, we are aware of some users having issues loading images on the catalogue page and users that are updating/adding new courses.
17-01-2017 12:15: [Initial report] We are aware of a problem preventing some users from loading the catalogue page for users of our new learner portal. We are investigating this urgently.
