No related errrors have been recorded in our logs in the last 15 minutes, but we will continue to moniutor the situation closely over the next few hours. If you experience problems please contact support.
23-06-2017 08:06: [Update] We are continuing monitor the situation and are working with our hosting provider to resolve as a matter of urgency. The scope of these issues are limited to customers using our US based infrastructure. Customers whose LMS instance is hosted in the EU are not impacted by this outage. If you have an EU based LMS instance and arehaving problems please contact support.
23-06-2017 05:10: [Update] We have identified the cause of the issue as a problem with one of our hosting providers.
23-06-2017 05:00: [Initial report] We are aware that the LMS is intermittently displaying error pages for some customers. In addition to error pages, users may be experiencing other unexpected behaviour realted to managing profile data. We are investigating as a matter of urgency.
