We have identified an issue when running the Export summary on an admin portal with a very large catalogue, this can crash the admin portal which then becomes unavailable for all administrators for a short time.
A known work around is to run the content export on a smaller number of catalogue items. To do this change the filter options on the catalogue page from "Any type" and select them one by one and click on the Export summary button.
We are currently investigating technical solutions to this problem and will update this article when a new version of this feature is available.
