INFO: If the refreshing the app on their device does not work, for more troubleshooting information, please refer to the LMS related questions section of this document.
SCRIPT: It is possible that the app and LMS are not synchronised with each other. You can manually refresh the app to synchronise the app with the LMS, by going back to the main page, and then press on the Refresh button.
- On iOS the button is located at the top right of the screen
- On Android the button is on the menu available from the action bar.
- On Windows Phone the button is at the bottom of the screen.
After the refresh completes can you check if the app and the LMS are now in sync.
