Content: Why isn’t the course I’m running displaying correctly on my tablet | phone?

It is possible that the course was not designed to be run on a small screen. If the user believes that this content should be formatted for this device then escalate to the content owner.

     1. SCRIPT: Some courses are not designed for viewing on a small screen. It
         would appear that this is the case for this course. 

     2. ACTION: If the user feels that they should be able to view the course on a
         small screen then you should escalate to the content owner.
