1. SCRIPT: Most courses are only designed and tested for use in specific
browsers. It may be that the browser you are using is not compatible with the
course. Can you tell me the name of the course and which browser you are
using? Have you tried viewing the content is a different browser, and if so was
that any better? I will escalate this to the content owner to confirm which
browsers this course should be compatible with and for them to escalate to the
content provider for resolution if necessary
2. ACTION: If the user feels that the course should work on their browser then
you should escalate to the content owner.
