To activate or deactivate user accounts
- Log in to your Administration portal, as a Global administrator.
- On the NAVIGATION pane, click Users.
- On the Results page, click the user you wish to activate or deactivate.
INFO: To find the user that you require, type the name of the user, or another property, in the SEARCH box, and click Search, or filter the list of users by Group or Organisational Unit.
- In the ACTIONS section, click Deactivate or Reactivate (depending on what you want to achieve).
To bulk activate or deactivate user account
You can update the status of multiple users in a single operation using the Import users option. The process of batch updating users is covered in the How To: Batch import user accounts article. When performing an import, you need to update the Account State column in the import CSV file, with values of either to active or inactive as appropriate.
