App fails to sync state and progress as expected when the device clock is not set correctly

If you are viewing a course in an Agylia app, it is essential that the clock is set accurately and that the time zone is configured correctly.

If the time zone is incorrect or the clock is set incorrectly the state and progress may not be as expected. This can result in progress in the App overwriting progress in the web browser, or progress in the web browser overwriting progress in the App.

This is by design; accurate times are essential for the system to track progress. We recommend that devices are configured to automatically synchronise their time with a trusted network time server.
