29-04-2016 09:00: [Resolved] The rules engine is now back online; rules are now being processed normally.

28-04-2016 15:45: [Initial report] As a knock on effect from the earlier service outage the rules engine is currently offline. As a result of this rules will not be processed until this service is resumed.
