13-10-2016 07:30: [Resolved] At approximately 2:30 our supplier confirmed service has returned to normal. We have continued to monitor since then and have had no further reports of outages. Please contact us if you are still experiencing problems.
13-10-2016 00:15: [Partially resolved] The LMS is still suffering intermittent interruptions but this is now generally resolved by refreshing the page. We will continue to monitor the situation. Further updates will not be posted until we are confident that the issue is completely resolved, or the situation otherwise changes.
12-10-2016 23:30: [Update] The DDoS attack is continuing but mitigation strategies are now in place to reduce the impact. Most customers LMS have been restored, but there is still a chance of intermittent problems accessing the system. We are continuing to monitor the situation.
12-10-2016 21:50: [Update] The DDoS attack on one of our DNS service providers is still continuing. They are working hard to restore normal service. While the DDoS attack continues, you may see error messages or be unable to access the LMS. We're working to mitigate the issue.
12-10-2016 21:05: [Update] We have identified a fault with the DNS provider. Our DNS provider have confirmed that they are currently experiencing a distributed denial of service attack (DDoS) and are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible. We are continuing to monitor the situation.
12-10-2016 21:00: [Initial report] We are aware that some users are currently experiencing problems accessing the system. Our reporting systems have identified a DNS fault.
