14-10-2016 17:02: [Update] We have partially restored service; however there are a number of known issues:
- Some customers who need to whitelist sites will currently have a degraded service and may see warnings in their logs that the system is attempting to access non-whitelisted domains. These can be safely ignored.
- Administrators accessing the administration portal may be prompted for a certificate to connect. Any prompts to provide a certificate can be dismissed.
- Thumbnails/icons may not be displayed in both the learner and administration portals.
- Some customers who use single sign-on (SSO) will not be able to access the learner portal. This may also impact the administration portal but we have not had any reports of this being a problem.
14-10-2016 16:24: [Initial report] Due to emergency maintenance required as a result of the GlobalSign issue yesterday, the LMS is currently offline. We are working to bring the service back up as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
