29-11-2016 14:35: [Monitoring] We have investigated this issue which is now resolved. The investigation indicates that this was most likely caused during a routine maintenance operation. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will be investigating the cause further to ensure that routine maintenance operations do not cause unexpected service interruptions wherever possible.
29-11-2016 14:29: [Initial report] Our automated logs have identified that some state information for in progress and completed courses and other content items is not being saved correctly. We have had no customer reports of related issues at this point, but it is probable that for some users state and completion may not be being tracked correctly. We are investigating as a priority.
