22-01-2018 12:38: [Update] Our initial investigation has identified a problem with a queuing mechanism between internal components of the LMS. This is preventing changes from being accessed through the administration and learner portals, and also preventing sending of some emails. When the cause of the issue is identified and resolved we will re-synchronise these systems with changes made during this service interruption.
22-01-2018 12:36: [Initial report] We are aware of a problem preventing new users from being added or updated on the system successfully.
