28-02-2018 10:15: [Resolved] This issue is now resolved. The problem was caused by Google's Public DNS failing to resolve certain name servers - an issue which has now been fixed.
27-02-2018 15:44: [Update] We are aware that customers with administration portals with an address which is a sub-domain of lumo-reach.com are currently unable to upload new content. We are working on a resolution.
