01-06-2018 13:06: [Update] At this point the system is mostly online, but we are continuing to see errors in our logs which means you may experience intermittent problems. These have become less frequent and we believe that the service is becoming more stable, but we are continuing to review the situation. We have identified this as a problem with one of our hosting partners; we are working with them to resolve the problem as quickly as possible and we apologise for any inconvenience this is causing.
