20-07-2018 12:00: [Resolved] Our investigations have identified that as a result of the data restore, some limited data may have been lost that impacts the Assessment Details, Assessment Summary and Learner Journey reports. This data is limited to a small portion of the statements received by the Learning Record Store between 8.29 (UTC) on 19th July 2018 and 9.30 (UTC) on 20th July 2018. Other reports should not be impacted and user state is also not impacted. Impacted statements will not be visible in the activity stream. We expect the impact to be minimal for most users. Please contact support if you experience any problems.
20-07-2018 09:37: [Monitoring] The issue has now been resolved and the service is back online. The issue was caused by a hardware failure and to recover we have conducted a partial restore from backups. We are currently investigating any impact caused by the data restore.
20-07-2018 10:36: [Update] We have identified the cause of the problem and we are working with a hosting partner to resolve the issue. We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.
20-07-2018 09:32: [Initial report] Our logs are indicating that activity tracking is currently failing for customers hosted in the EU. To protect the integrity of the data in the system we have decided to take the LMS platform offline while we resolve the underlying issue.
