- Verify that the user's account is not locked out.
- Verify that the user knows the password and isn't getting an incorrect password message.
- If using SSO verify that the user's username in the LMS matches the username in your identity provider.
- If all of this has been verified, SCRIPT: There are a number of things that can cause problems when logging into the LMS. Please delete your cookies and try again. If the problem persists, please restart your computer and try again. If this remains an issue please contact us again and we will escalate.
- If problems remain escalate to Agylia support for further assistance.
