20-04-2021 23:53: [Resolved] Auth0 have confirmed that all services are now working correctly, and access for all customers using SSO to access the Agylia LMS platform has been fully restored. The root cause has been identified by Auth0 and was related to specific queries that created resource contention and impacted database performance.
20-04-2021 21:39: [Monitoring] Users are now able to login across all customer instances. Based on the sustained performance of Auth0 services, we have now updated our status to monitoring, and will continuing to closely watch performance.
20-04-2021 19:30: [Update] The issue has been tracked to a problem with our SSO authentication provider Auth0, who are working to resolve the issue. Users can sometimes login, but the service is intermittent.
20-04-2021 16:30: [Initial report] We've been made aware that some clients are unable to access the LMS where they are using SSO for authentication. We are investigating the issue and will provide an update as soon as possible.
