Holiday Support Closures
Whilst Agylia offices will be closed from 25th December through 2nd January, your support team will continue to be available over the holiday period with the exception of the following days:
- Christmas Day (25th December)
- New Year's Day (1st January)
New Training Webinars
Administrators are typically provided with training during the implementation phase or the system, but we are aware that over time staff roles change, and often administrators join who have not had the benefit of attending this initial system training. We have always, and will continue to offer a chargeable option to run additional dedicated training sessions, either at our premises, at your premises (subject to travel and expenses), or online using a web conferencing facility. We are however aware that this can be cost prohibitive if you only need to train a single person.
We are pleased to announce that from 2020, we will be delivering free training webinars, once per quarter (February, May, August, and November). We'll aim to hold two sessions each quarter, each approximately two hours long. The first will be an introductory session aimed at new administrators, the second will be a more advanced session for experienced administrators, and we welcome any suggestions on what you might like us to cover in these sessions. We will also look to use these to introduce any new features that might be more complex to implement in these sessions.
