01-04-2020 09:00: [Resolved] Our developers have traced the issue to connection problems relating to one of our system databases in Microsoft Azure. As this has occurred twice over the past two days, we are continuing to investigate. Our logs indicate that the system is and has remained stable and accessible since this issue was set to the Monitoring status. 31-03-2020 17:00 [Initial Report] We are aware of problems with some users being unable to login to the administration and learner portal. Where users are able to login, for some users actions are taking longer than expected and in some cases failing. We are investigating and will provide an update as soon as possible.
