04-06-2020 16:31: [Update] Our DevOps team are now updating user status. During this update process, all state updates, for all content items, will be delayed.
04-06-2020 16:21: [Update] A fix has been applied to resolve this issue. Any users who started or completed a course between approximately 1pm and now will remain in the incorrect state, but any changes after now will be processed correctly. Our DevOps team are working to resolve the incorrect states for affected users. We will provide a further update here when the user states have been corrected for all users.
04-06-2020 15:05: [Update] We have verified that data is being recorded correctly from all courses, and reports continue to provide the correct most current data. Status reported by the administration portal (not including in reports), and in the learner portals are affected by this issue. This issue is affecting all learner driven course state transitions, so may be causing a course to fail to progress to In Progress from No Started, or to Completed from In Progress. State resets performed by administrators are believed to be working normally.
04-06-2020 14:30: [Update] The scope of this issue has been refined to affecting all SCORM courses, and a limited number of TinCan/xAPI courses. Most TinCan/xAPI courses are updating normally.
04-06-2020 13:30: [Initial report] We are aware of an issue that is preventing course status from updating in the Administration Portal for some courses. We are investigating and will provide a further update as soon as possible.
