Planned Service Interruption - User Store Upgrade

As part of our ongoing product improvements, Agylia will be performing essential maintenance updates to our user data store infrastructure, in both the EU and US regions.

Our US infrastructure, will be updated on Monday, 16^th August, during UK business hours. Our EU infrastructure will be updated between 8pm and 11pm (UK time) on on Wednesday, 18th August.

Whilst these updates are taking place, all aspects of the system will be offline. Users with our mobile apps will be able to access pre-downloaded content in offline mode during this interval, but will not be able to synchronise status, or access any online content. If users choose to complete content in offline mode during this interval, it important that they open the app and refresh the content when the system is online, to ensure that their status is synchronised correctly.  

Note that no data will be lost during the updates.
