17-08-2021 16:31: [Report only] We are aware of an issue that prevented automatic creation of CPD records for users on completion of a content item. This applied to users who completed a content item between approximately 9:50 (BST) on the 9th and 14:45 (BST) on the 12th August 2021 for customers hosted in the EU region. Our DevOps team have updated all users to ensure that the missing records have been added to the users CPD records. Unfortunately, for a very small number of users, this process has caused some duplicated CPD records to be added to the users CPD journal. Our DevOps team are continuing to investigate and we hope to resolve this issue over the next few days. In addition, if your users have manually created a missing record, then they may now have a duplicated record; in this case they will need to manually delete the additional record as we will be unable to automate this process where the duplicate is user generated.
