We are working to resolve this now, however we ask that if you are continuing to experience problem, please raise a support ticket so that we can verify if you are included in this small set of users, or if you are facing an unrelated issue.
30-09-2021 07:20: [Update] We have identified the scope of this issue. This issue only impacts customers accessing learner portals by using Single Sign On (SSO), and whose data is hosted in our EU environment. Our DevOps team are working to identify the cause and to restore service.
