31-03-2022 07:00: [Report only] As previously notified, as part of our ongoing product improvements, we will be performing a data migration on some of our databases storing data for the Agylia LMS platform in the EU region to move the databases to a UK based data centre.
The data migration will take place on Thursday 31st March, and will start at 7am (UK time). The migration is expected to take a maximum of three hours so should be complete by 10am (UK time).
The system will be unavailable during this time. Customers hosted in our US region will be unaffected by this change. We will update this service interruption on completion.
