08-07-2022 08:44: [Monitoring] We are seeing some continued reports or problems accessing the system. We are currently unable to reproduce any system access issues, however we are investigating. We are aware that some DNS queries were not resolving correctly during this incident, and so recommend clearing any DNS caches in the first instance while our investigations continue. We apologies for the inconvenience that this is causing.
07-07-2022 21:00: [Monitoring] Our logs indicate that this issue resolved, we are however continuing to monitor the situation.
07-07-2022 17:14: [Update] We are continuing to experience issues with system access, and are continuing to investigate. Access is currently intermittent, so we would recommend retrying after a couple of minutes if you experience a problem accessing the system.
07-07-2022 16:45: [Monitoring] Access to the system has been mostly restored. We are still seeing a few failures in our logs which we expect to resolve automatically as internal caches expire, however we are monitoring this closely in case of any recurrence.
07-07-2022 16:20: [Update] Our DevOps team believe they have identified the source of this problem, and have escalated this problem to our hosting partner for further investigation. We will provide further updates when more information becomes available.
