12-01-2023 12:55: [Resolved] We have identified the issue as a corrupted authentication certificate, which now been resolved. For users still experiencing this issue, users should close all windows in their current browser, then open a new browser window, and login to the learner portal again.
12-01-2023 12:46: [Initial report] We're aware of an intermittent issue where learners are unable to login to the learner portal, or in other cases, learners can login, but then are unable to access content. Our DevOps team are investigating this issue and we will provide an update as soon as possible.le
